ITS developed a unique manufacturing and distribution system allowing automated warehouse distribution. The system allows warehouse personnel to pack materials inside shipping boxes, affix bar coded shipping labels and then place the boxes on a maze of conveyor belts. Utilizing scanners located at each junction of the conveyor belts and an embedded Control Logic to control the belt, the system will drop the box into the appropriate garage door for truck loading.
